Senior CDM Consultant

Position: Senior CDM Consultant (Permanent)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Join a growing Health & Safety team as part of a wider construction group working as Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on a range of projects in the North East. This is a remote based role joining an established team offering good training and development opportunities. This is a consultancy role, but one where work life balance is valued, you will be working on a small volume of projects for a great business that puts team culture first.

Experience working as a CDM Advisor is essential in this role, and possessing a NEBOSH Construction along with any design or construction experience/qualifications would be beneficial. The client is major construction and property consultancy, with an office in Newcastle and this role is part of a of a team expansion. Mattinson Partnership have worked with this company for the past 3 years and placed people with them in the Midlands and London, they have a wide range of buildings projects across commercial, healthcare and leisure sectors.

The salary for the role up to £55k + car allowance and all travel from home paid for. For a candidate who has some broader business development experience they can go up to £60k.
