Location: Newcastle upon Tyne
A major UK high street bank partner is seeking a Customer Service Team Supervisor for their Newcastle Contact Centre. This full-time role involves managing a team of approximately 10 colleagues, fostering a high standard of customer service, and coaching team members to achieve performance targets. The supervisor will also handle complex customer enquiries and provide hands‑on support. Operating hours are between 8am‑8pm on weekdays and 9am‑6pm on weekends, with a structured 6‑week rota.
