Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

Produce technical designs and drawings within project timelines
Undertake site visits and surveys to assess site conditions
Take the lead on various projects from inception through to completion
Manage a small team of more junior staff members to contribute to their professional development

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:

BSC or HND within Architectural Technology
Proficiency with Revit
Significant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK Practice
Experience working across all RIBA work stages
Knowledge of MEP and Structural building systems and building regulations
CIAT Registered would be desirable
Experience leading projects within the residential sector
Job Running experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
