This is an excellent opportunity to join a multidisciplined architectural practice who provide expert design services to the residential sector. They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in Newcastle.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
Manage and deliver various residential projects from inception through to completion
Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance and high quality
Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
Attend and carry out client meetings
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other members of a multidisciplinary team to build and maintain strong client relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
Degree within Architectural Technology
Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
Experience with Revit is advantageous
Experience managing projects within the residential sector
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
