Junior Field Service Engineer, Medical Diagnostics

Basic Salary £30,000 to £33,500 | Bonus 10% | Pension 5% employer contribution. Phone, Laptop, iPad, Company Credit Card. Company Car or Car Allowance, 27 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays. Opportunities to progress into senior FSE roles in the future.

Responsible for the service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of a wide range of sophisticated medical laboratory diagnostics systems used within pathology departments, NHS laboratories and clinical chemistry environments. Support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products located at customer sites.

• Competent background in a customer‑facing field service engineering capacity within a high‑value capital equipment environment.
• Experience from sectors such as photocopiers, ATM, ex‑forces (medical & dental, weapons systems, radar), electronic or electro‑mechanical sectors welcomed.
• Qualification in engineering, electronics or a science‑based subject to a minimum of ONC level, City & Guilds or NVQ.
• Full and comprehensive product training will be provided.
