My client is a highly respected company within the Rail sector, specializing in multidisciplinary engineering, rail, and infrastructure projects. They have a proven track record of delivering projects across the UK, working with Network Rail, London Underground, light rail, and tram operating companies.

Role: The ideal candidate will undertake duties as a Design Manager/CEM, ensuring design and construction requirements are met for a major rail project valued at £70 million.

Experience with Tier one contractors and at least 10 years of industry experience is essential.

The candidate should have a civil, structural, and multidisciplinary background, with expertise in CAD, Excel Systems, and managing teams of design engineers and subcontractors.

Chartership is advantageous but not essential.

You must demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
