Leading the Newcastle team of geotechnical engineers on projects including slope stability, retaining walls, mining, residential, commercial and local authority works. The role involves managing and mentoring staff, delivering high‑quality geotechnical solutions, and driving innovation within the company.

• Lead and manage the Newcastle geotechnical team.
• Design and oversee projects in slope stability, retaining walls, mining, residential, commercial and local authority sectors.
• Develop innovative geotechnical solutions and maintain high working standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure project delivery.

• Senior/Principal level geotechnical engineer, close to or with chartership.
• Relevant experience in geotechnical engineering across multiple project types.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
