Réalis Infrastructure Project Delivery Practice (PDP) is the centre of excellence for delivering infrastructure projects across Water, Defence, Nuclear, Aviation, Energy, Rail (stations), and Urban markets. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our NS&NI practice, based in Newcastle or Stockton‑on‑Tees, and lead multi‑disciplinary projects from inception to completion.

• Deliver projects to programme, budget and quality targets.
• Define project objectives, develop strategies and manage contractual/commercial risks.
• Lead and coach the project team, fostering communication and decision‑making.
• Coordinate with the client, subcontractors and internal partners, including Global Technology Centres.
• Prepare commercial trading arrangements, invoicing, credit control and monthly Earned Value reporting.
• Close out projects, archive documentation, capture lessons learned and initiate client satisfaction surveys.

• Chartered Engineer/Architect/Project Manager or equivalent with large infrastructure project experience.
• APM PMQ (or equivalent) recognised competence in Project Management desirable.
• Strong knowledge of NEC3/4 or bespoke construction contracts.
• Experience managing design projects to time, cost and quality objectives, familiar with programming and Earned Value techniques.
• Proficiency with BIM, 3D modelling tools and information attributes.
• Excellent client relationship management, mentoring and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, delegation and motivation of multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt to different cultures, travel across the UK and work client sites as required.
