Requirements
  • Data Engineering Design & Delivery (Practitioner) – Ability to design and oversee the implementation of complex, enterprise-scale data processes and ETL pipelines.
  • Data Standards & Governance (Expert) – Deep expertise in establishing and maintaining data engineering standards across teams for compliance and consistency.
  • Problem Solving & Incident Management (Practitioner) – Leading investigations into complex data issues, including ETL pipeline failures, and providing strategic solutions.
  • Leadership & Team Development (Practitioner/Expert) – Experience leading data engineering teams and mentoring junior engineers while promoting continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage data engineering activities, setting strategy and standards for the community.
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of Data Engineers.
  • Build and maintain high-quality ETL pipelines and BI reporting strategies.
  • Support innovative solutions using AI and automation technologies while ensuring resilience, performance, and compliance.
