Mechanical Supervisor

Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

As a Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site installation and delivery of mechanical services on a variety of projects. Working closely with Project Management, Engineers, and sub-contractors, you’ll ensure that all works are delivered on time and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate mechanical site works, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework installations

* Ensure works are completed in line with project specifications and industry regulations

* Manage sub-contractors and direct labour teams on-site

* Monitor progress, carry out quality checks, and report to project management

* Maintain high standards of health and safety across the site

The successful individual ;

* Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within building services / M&E contracting

* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)

* Excellent communication and direction

* SSSTS/SMSTS, CSCS Card

* Full UK driving licence
