We are looking for a high‑impact Chief Financial Officer or Finance Director who thrives on autonomy and enjoys building and managing a portfolio of clients. Ideal candidates are seasoned professionals who have worked as a CFO/FD in private businesses and enjoy partnering with entrepreneurs, CEOs and MDs to scale their organisations.

• Provide CFO services to ambitious private businesses worth £2.5 M, supporting owners in achieving strategic goals.
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, driving business growth and financial excellence.
• Act as part CFO, part advisor, part strategist and part friend – fostering long‑lasting relationships with clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Director and a network of CFO/FDs across the United Kingdom.
• Operate as a self‑employed service provider while benefiting from a well‑established organisation and an extensive support network.

• Qualified through one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes.
• Significant experience as a real‑life CFO/FD, with a strong track record in commercial finance and business strategy.
• Exceptional ability to build genuine, long‑lasting relationships with clients.
• High energy, self‑starter mindset and a “can‑do” attitude.
• A passion for helping clients succeed, alongside the confidence to challenge and innovate.
