Elderly care Support Worker

Are you an experienced Care Assistant or Support Worker based in Newcastle-under-Lyme or the surrounding areas?

We are currently seeking dedicated, empathetic individuals to provide high-quality care and support to a variety of clients, including older adults, individuals with disabilities, and those in secure mental health settings.

This is a flexible agency role with a range of shift patterns and placements available throughout Newcastle-under-Lyme.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of UK-based experience in a care or support setting
Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures
Confident delivering personal care, medication administration, and manual handling
Ability to provide a 3-year work reference history
Overseas Police Check required if applicable

Key Responsibilities

Handle emergency situations according to established protocols
Keep accurate, timely documentation and care records
