Main duties of the job

As a nurse at HC-One, you will build on your existing skill set, practicing in a nurse‑led environment, developing complex decision making and collaborative skills. You will make a difference to our Residents when they may feel most vulnerable, guiding and supporting them in life‑changing decisions.

Job responsibilities

You will mentor colleagues, act as a practice supervisor or assessor to students, advocate person‑centred care, provide effective communication, model professional behaviours and safeguard residents against abuse, harm or neglect.

About You

As a Registered Nurse at HC-One you will have at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC PIN, a passion to mentor and share your knowledge, and you will understand the NMC standards of practice.
