• Our client is 15 years old and lives with cerebral palsy and requires feeding via JEG
• Our client requires support with personal care, medication and activities in the home and community

Successful Applicant:

• Must be able to drive and have a clean automatic or manual UK license
• Previous experience working with children with complex conditions
• Must be active to support the client with activities
