Porter Supervisor

The main duties of the role will include:

Our porter supervisors are hands on, at times will you'll be carrying out the same range of tasks as our Porters as well a s co-ordinating the work of the team.

You'll provide support and supervision to the team including managing workload and carrying out line management duties.

Organising and overseeing the collection and movement of items, waste disposal, sorting and delivering of post and moving furniture.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role

• Good oral and verbal communication skills
• Ability and confidence to make decisions
• Knowledge health and safety legislation
• Must be able to meet the mobility requirements of the post

• Possess a full UK driving license which permits the driving of a 15 seat mini bus and long trailer (3.5 tonne maximum weight)
• Health and Safety Qualification
