Lead Architecture & Innovation as a Solutions Architect  are looking for an expert technical leader to architect and implement scalable, high-performance cloud-native solutions while effectively managing stakeholders across business and technology teams.

• Architect & Lead: Design and implement enterprise-level software solutions, including microservices, event-driven architectures, and serverless computing.
• Cloud & Dev Sec Ops  Expertise: Spearhead cloud migrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and drive Dev Sec Ops  best practices.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with CXOs, product leaders, security teams, and engineering to align technology strategies with business objectives.
• Technical Governance: Lead and optimise architecture review boards to ensure compliance, performance, and scalability.
• Strategic Leadership: Define and drive architectural strategies for security, API design, SDLC, observability, and cloud platforms.
• Innovation & Mentorship: Develop high-performing engineering teams, mentoring technical leads, architects, and developers.

An AWS Solutions Architect with:

• Proven experience in Enterprise, Solutions or Cloud Architecture roles.
• Deep cloud expertise (AWS) and hands-on experience with serverless computing, microservices, and API design.
• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, AWS CDK).
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills—able to translate technical concepts into business value for executives and leadership teams.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, Dev Sec Ops , and large-scale cloud migrations.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams.
