    Qualifications Principal Oracle Solution Architect Experience

    You will have:
    • Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
    • Experience leading large multi‑pillar programs, including Finance and HCM, in a solution lead capacity.
    • Experience designing Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting solutions using Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
    • Experience implementing Oracle eBS Finance applications.
    • Proven ability to drive teams to meet challenging goals.
    Skills and

    Qualifications:

    You will have:
    • Ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide leadership in challenging situations.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
    • Commercial awareness and understanding of business cases.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance competing priorities.
    • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus; multiple certifications expected in future.
    • Accountancy qualifications are a plus.
