  You’ll work directly with C‑Suite stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions and delivering solutions that drive real business value.

  From Finance and Procurement to HCM, PPM, and EPM—you’ll design and deliver across the full Oracle Cloud suite.

  You’ll provide solution leadership across data migration, integration, and reporting, using tools like OIC, OAC, and OTBI.

Qualifications Principal Oracle Solution Architect Experience

You will have:
• Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
• Experience leading large multi‑pillar programs, including Finance and HCM, in a solution lead capacity.
• Experience designing Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting solutions using Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
• Experience implementing Oracle eBS Finance applications.
• Proven ability to drive teams to meet challenging goals.

Qualifications:

You will have:
• Ability to clearly articulate solutions and provide leadership in challenging situations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of business cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance competing priorities.
• Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus; multiple certifications expected in future.
• Accountancy qualifications are a plus.
