We have a fantastic opportunity for you to become part of our SAP Functional team and play a key role in an exciting transformation programme as we move from SAP Business Client to SAP S/4

HANA.

We’re already live with S/4 for Procurement and Finance and over the next 12–24 months, we’ll be rolling out Supply and Retail. This is a major transformation, and your involvement in the project will be ongoing as we shape the future of our systems.

As a key member of the team, you’ll ensure we deliver a solution that’s fit for the future. You’ll also be responsible for driving future enhancements to the system, helping Greggs maintain a competitive edge.

• Core office hours Monday‑Friday; on‑call support rota (1 week in
  8) for major incidents

• Work with business stakeholders, system integrators, and other IT teams to deliver a best‑in‑class business solution
• Configure S4/H and document solutions thoroughly, ensuring updates
• Troubleshoot issues and own resolution from investigation to implementation
• Collaborate with the test team to fully test solutions
• Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders at all levels

• S4H Procurement experience or IT background
• Procurement experience:
  Scheduling Agreements, Contracts, Subcontracts, standard Purchase Order processes
• Strong problem‑solving skills and resolution focus
• Effective verbal & written communication
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels
• Quick learner thriving under pressure
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Team player able to deliver clear individual goals
