Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience across Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud ERP or HCM? Do you thrive on leading complex, transformative projects that deliver real value to customers?

• Take the lead on end-to-end delivery of high-profile Oracle E-Business and Oracle Cloud projects.
• Be the key client interface—managing expectations, risks, scope, and steering group reporting.
• Use your expertise in PRINCE2, MSP, and governance practices to guide delivery teams to success.
• Drive quality using our proven MAXIMISE project methodology, with clear milestones and accountability.
• Ensure on-budget, on-scope, and on-time delivery—while owning the P&L performance for your project.
• Motivate teams to operate at pace and build genuine partnerships with customers and stakeholders.

• Proven experience leading Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects.
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence working in fixed-price consultancy environments.
• Deep understanding of governance, stakeholder engagement, scope/change control, and budget management.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, capable of energising teams and customers alike.
