COMPANY OVERVIEW Our client is a privately owned company, operating in the Information Technology / Hardware Support and IT Asset Lifecycle sectors. Our client provides a full suite of services focused on hardware / IT lifecycle, largely for resellers. Key service areas include:

To carry out installation work of POS stands and wall signs (internal/external) across various retail outlets (independent and multiples), including Petrol Stations.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  
  Clean, tidy and conscientious worker, at ease with taking instructions and working to deadlines.

• Always follow company health & safety procedures
• Maintain a 'right first-time fix' approach across all assigned tasks

• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in your work. Carry out all work safely, meeting high-quality standards
• Read the job notes and survey to ensure products are ready for fitting and check that all tools, spares and parts are carried in order to complete the installation successfully according to the survey. Update job notes and job status
• Maintain tools, equipment, and stock inventory for site tasks

• Diagnose and resolve hardware/server/storage faults
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment
• Provide on-site & remote technical support
• Collaborate with teams to meet SLAs

We are looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritising a diverse workload. A strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering quality results are essential. A proactive attitude with a “can-do” mindset. We seek an articulate, enthusiastic person with a positive attitude towards customer service.

You will deliver on-site and remote support for servers, storage, and networking systems. You ll work with leading vendors (HPE, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, EMC, Net App, Hitachi, Cisco), resolving hardware break/fix incidents and supporting customer IT infrastructure.

• EPOS Terminal Upgrade Installation
• Printer installs and upgrades
• Hardware break/fix experience
• Strong troubleshooting & customer service skills
• The Person - punctual, reliable, flexible, proactive, and willing to learn

• Rate - £130 - £150 per day (DOE)
• Company Van Provided + Fuel Card
• Monday to Friday
• 8am - 5pm
• 5 x installs per day (approx. 1 hr installs)
• Contract duration December - July 2026
• Weekend work & Overtime available
