Role
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join a dynamic and growing team. This position involves working closely with business stakeholders to design and deliver cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technical analysis, solution design, and build activities.
- Advising on technology choices and balancing decisions across technical and business domains.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data and AI specialists.
- Driving innovation through experimentation and technical leadership.
- Inspiring and educating others on emerging technologies and best practices.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Hands-on experience with Python or Java and associated frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring Boot), REST APIs, front-end frameworks (e.g., Type Script, Vue.js), SQL, and non-relational databases.
- Exposure to data-heavy projects and designing stable, performant application platforms.
- Knowledge of AI engineering, cloud architectures, and Dev Ops techniques.
Important Note:This role requires five days per week in the office. Remote or hybrid working is not possible.

- A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Ideally from a Russell Group University.
