We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Consultant with strong S / 4

HANA expertise to support the design, configuration, and delivery of transportation management solutions for a large‑scale supply chain transformation programme. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to optimise transportation processes, integrate SAP TM with other applications, and provide hands‑on implementation leadership.

• Analyse transportation requirements and design optimal solutions within SAP S / 4
  
  HANA TM.
• Configure and customise SAP TM functionality across planning, execution, and settlement processes.
• Collaborate with wider SAP teams and external partners to ensure seamless module and system integration (including 3PL, TMS, WMS).
• Lead and support implementation activities: testing, training, cutover, and post‑go‑live support.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for SAP TM, advising users on best practices and process optimisation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring stability and performance across transport processes.

• Strong SAP Transportation Management experience with focus on S / 4
  
  HANA TM.
• Hands‑on integration experience including master data setup, intercompany data management, and 3PL connectivity.
• Deep knowledge of transportation processes: route optimisation, carrier selection, freight planning, load building.
• Proficiency in SAP TM configuration and functional design.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

• SAP TM certification SAP TMS.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with external TMS / WMS systems SAP TMS.
• Exposure to transportation analytics and reporting tools SAP TMS.
