• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' PQE gained with another leading law firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of corporate finance and company law advisory work.
• Your clients will include owner-managed businesses, public companies, private equity/venture capital funds and banks.
• Commercially astute, with the ability to deliver clear, pragmatic advice.
• Excellent advocacy, drafting and client relationship skills.
• A proactive and collaborative team player, with an eye for business development.
