This is a brilliant opportunity for a
newly qualified or junior solicitor (up to 2 years PQE) to join a dynamic and growing department that handles the full spectrum of commercial property work — from
portfolio management to
investment transactions, developments, and complex project work

As a Real Estate Solicitor, you’ll work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers across a range of sectors, including retail, leisure, investment, and development. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to:

• Landlord and tenant work
  , acting for significant commercial landlords with large portfolios, retail parks, and shopping centres.
• Investment acquisitions and disposals
  , often involving sophisticated investors and multi-property deals.
• Major projects
  — including development and restructuring work — collaborating with senior members of the team on some of the region’s most high‑profile deals.

You’ll be supported every step of the way, with genuine opportunities for progression as you develop your technical expertise and build client relationships.

• NQ to 2 years PQE, with experience gained during a training contract or role within a commercial real estate team.
