The firm is looking to recruit an ambitious 0-3 PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its growing team in Newcastle. This role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of high-quality cases, providing support to clients across various industries.

The successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of disputes آئی​ including:

• Contract Disputes
• Director, Shareholder, and Partnership Disputes
• Insurance Disputes
• Intellectual Property Disputes
• Professional Negligence Claims
• Commercial Property Litigation
• Lease Renewals
• Public Law and Public Sector Disputes
• Regulatory Disputes

As part of the team, the Solicitor will gain exposure to complex, high-value matters while receiving support and guidance from experienced colleagues.

• Previous experience in dispute resolution or litigation is advantageous, but candidates with strong interest in this area are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills are essential.
