Sacco Mann is instructed on an outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Partner or Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded national law firm looking to further grow their presence in Newcastle and across the North East. This position presents a unique opportunity for a senior real estate lawyer, ideally with a focus on investor and developer work, but also those with broader real estate experience, to play a key strategic role in the continued growth and development of the firm’s real estate offering.

The successful candidate will be tasked with leading and expanding a dedicated real estate department, supported by the Head of Department and wider leadership team. You will bring with you a strong network of regional contacts and demonstrate the ability to generate and sustain long-term client relationships, while actively enhancing the firm’s presence in the local market.

• Significant experience in commercial real estate, ideally including investor and developer clients
• Qualified Solicitor with upwards of 8yrs PQE
• In-depth knowledge of the Newcastle and North East property markets
• A well-established network of professional contacts within the region, but a following isn’t essential
• Proven ability to attract new business and nurture existing client relationships
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
• Entrepreneurial vision, commercial acumen, and a clear strategy for growth
• Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services and representing the firm’s brand
