600 Ltd is a family‑owned automotive retailer based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, England. We are recruiting a Showroom Manager to lead our sales team and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Lead and develop the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed new and used vehicle sales targets.
• Maximise profitability through finance, insurance and associated product sales, ensuring every opportunity is realised.
• Deliver an exceptional customer journey — from first enquiry to handover — reflecting the JCT
  600 standard of excellence.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and motivation so the team delivers performance and compliance.
• Monitor all sales activity, ensuring efficiency, professionalism and adherence to FCA and brand standards.

• Proven experience and success in the motor industry as a sales executive, sales manager, business manager or showroom manager.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products, with experience ensuring compliance and profitability.
• A customer‑centric approach, always striving to deliver service above expectations.
• Full UK driving licence (no excessive penalty points).

• Annual leave: 34 days including bank holidays, increasing to 36 days (5 years) and 38 days (10 years).
