Join our award winning team in Newcastle as a Project Manager, where you will work on an exciting variety of projects across multiple sectors.

As TSA Riley continues to grow our presence in the UK market, we are seeking to strengthen our project management team in the northeast region by hiring an ambitious and well-rounded Project Manager in our Newcastle office. We are looking for someone capable of performing pre and post contract duties across the full lifecycle of projects from conception through to completion.

Someone who can make a positive impact within our team by collaboratively working with internal and external team members to deliver meaningful, lasting and sustainable results for our clients and communities.

Our Newcastle office currently work with an exciting blend of clients across multiple sectors of the built environment, including healthcare, retail, education and industrial & logistics. • Taking ownership of planning, procurement, coordination, and consultant inputs to ensure quality delivery.
• Leading meetings, site coordination, and project documentation across assigned work streams.
• Monitoring programme and cost performance, identifying deviations, and supporting corrective actions.
• Tracking project risks, opportunities, and commercial factors, and escalating issues when required.
