Due to increased business demand and ongoing site expansion, our client is now looking to recruit a Site Services Manager to lead and support the engineering services across a large-scale manufacturing facility. As the Site Services Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of all site utilities including steam boilers, refrigeration systems, water treatment, and associated services. You'll be leading a small team of site service engineers and contractors, while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices (e.g. Legionella management). Key Skills Required for the Site Services Manager Role:
The Site Services Manager must be Apprentice Trained A strong manufacturing background is essential (FMCG preferred) Must have management experience , including leading teams and contractors Refrigeration systems experience is required Legionella awareness and compliance understanding is essential Must have experience with steam boiler maintenance and operation Relevant engineering qualifications (minimum Level 3 or equivalent) The Site Services Manager Will Benefit From:
