Mechanical Supervisor

Are you an experienced Mechanical Supervisor looking for your next challenge with a large and respected, forward thinking M&E contractor?

My client are a market leader with a proven track record of success and profitability across New Build projects across multiple sectors, including Commercial, Healthcare and Education.

Now looking to strengthen their team with a dedicated and driven Mechanical Supervisor based in Newcastle Upon Tyne, to work initially on a High End Commercial project.

Key Responsibilities ;
Supervise and coordinate mechanical subcontractors
Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and company procedures and policies
Manage labour, materials, and scheduling requirements
Liaise with Project Management and Engineers to maintain smooth communication
Conduct quality checks and ensure installation standards are consistently met.

The ideal individual ;
Proven experience within a Mechanical Supervisor role within the construction industry
Strong knowledge of all Mechanical install - (HVAC, pipework, plant rooms, etc.)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
