As a Production Planner , you will play a key role in supporting the Materials Manager by developing, coordinating, and optimising production plans. You’ll ensure that production aligns seamlessly with operational schedules and customer expectations, while leveraging advanced systems to drive efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage and execute production plans in alignment with operational priorities.
• Support and troubleshoot the ERP system (SAGE X3), ensuring smooth planning and allocation processes.
• Monitor production schedules daily, reacting quickly to changes and optimising materials usage.
• Collaborate closely with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Support team KPIs, provide backup where needed, and contribute to costings for components.

• Strong knowledge of production planning and allocation processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAGE X3.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and react effectively to changes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across teams.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving approach.
