Position: Business Development Manager (North East)
Location: Newcastle upon Tyne

Pay and Benefits:
  • A starting salary of 40000 to 58000 (depending on experience) along with an annual company bonus scheme
  • Monthly car allowance and fuel expenses

Key Requirements

  • Excelled existing regulatory industry and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to build relationships internally with the Sales and Underwriting team and externally with our dealership partners using in-depth conversations through face-to-face appointments based on dealer strategy and business objectives
  • Ensuring each dealership has an effective strategy to retain or win further business and supporting them with this strategy to ensure they observe correct standards of market conduct and treat customers fairly
  • Complete competitor reconnaissance and feedback market intelligence and dealer feedback into the business to ensure relevance in the market and reflecting on your own performance to understand how you can improve whilst taking feedback on board from colleagues.
