We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for two talented Lead Software Engineers to join growing team.

Our client is a newly established, high-growth technology venture backed by leading organisations in the consulting and investment sectors. They are building a top-tier engineering team and are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to help shape their technical direction from day one.

• Work with business stakeholders to design and deliver complex technical projects
• Make key technical decisions across architecture, engineering, and delivery
• Develop innovative solutions to client challenges
• Collaborate with data, AI, and engineering teams in a highly cross‑functional environment
• Lead technical design, prototyping, and build activities
• Mentor engineers and champion modern technologies

• 5+ years’ software engineering experience, ideally with client‑facing or consulting exposure
• Strong hands‑on skills in Python or Java, modern web frameworks, REST APIs, SQL/No
  
  SQL and front‑end technologies
• Experience with data‑heavy systems and scalable architecture
• Understanding of cloud, AI engineering concepts, and Dev Ops practices
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
• Strong academic background in a technical field (2:1 and above from a Russell Group University)
