This is a fully remote role in the UK, where you’ll work directly with customers, help implement cutting‑edge solutions, and optimize workflows that change how insurance gets done.~

• Partner with technical teams to implement and optimize our platform for enterprise customers
• Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless, high‑impact technical experience
• Lead technical analysis, design, testing, and post‑implementation support
• Drive process improvements and automation to make systems smarter and faster

• 5–8+ years in software or systems engineering, technical product / program management
• Experience in customer‑facing technical roles
• Strong problem‑solving skills with complex systems
• Coding expertise in JavaScript, SQL and Python
• Ability to coordinate across multi‑disciplinary teams
