Warehouse Administrator

Personnel Solutions are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and organised Warehouse Administrator to join our client who specialise in global logistics and supply chain

This is a temp-perm position, a permanent placement is available for the right candidate following a successful 12 week period

There may also be a requirement from time to time to move parts manually and with a pallet truck. Training given

Hours -

Tuesday to Saturday

10.00 - 18.30

13.46ph rising to 29,115pa when permanent

Responsibilities

• Completing various systems transactions (SAP) throughout the shift.
• Supporting with booking in, manufacturing sales, production launches.
• Archiving documents.
• Assisting the client with any queries/issues
• Oversee daily inventory management activities, ensuring accurate tracking and control using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Coordinate warehouse distribution operations, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to meet delivery deadlines.
• Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize space utilization.

Requirements -

• PC literate.
• Excellent numeracy/literacy level.
• Good eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• SAP Knowledge
• WMS Knowledge
