About the role  The Speech-Language Pathologist provides inpatient assessment and therapeutic services to acute, rehab and complex care adult patients within the hospital setting.

*** Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
* Professional self-development in accordance with CASLPO regulations
* Clinical experience in acute in-patient care preferred
* Experience in assessment, treatment and management of dysphagia and communication disorders preferred
* Experience in VFSS and FEES is an asset
* Champions patients centered care
* Works collaboratively with inter-professional team members
* Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
* Demonstrated problem assessment skills
* Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
* Demonstrated individual leadership skills
