This position is responsible for developing and applying a structured change management approach and methodology that will ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the processes and technology delivered through the ERP project. Focusing on the people side of change, they will build awareness and support to drive faster adoption, desired ways of working and proficiency with the changes that impact employees across the Region.

• In collaboration with the Manager, Business Readiness, apply change methodology to develop change management strategies and plans including but not limited to stakeholder assessments, change impact analysis, communications plan, sponsorship roadmap, and resistance management plan and to support the development of the coaching/training plan.
• Collaborate with various teams to build out comprehensive change management plan including components for organizational alignment, team member engagement, communications, and training.
• Proactively identify risks and propose change management mitigation tactics to support end user adoption.
• Contribute to the continuous refinement of the adoption strategy and plan, in line with identified adoption risks.
• Work directly with the program team and key collaborators to identify change metrics and assess change effectiveness.
