Supply Chain and Inventory Management Lead
Location: Newmarket, Ontario (relocating to Aurora, ON in Dec 2025)
Full-Time | Onsite | Starting at $70,000 annually, based on experience

Why this role mattersAs we open our first Canadian manufacturing facility, supply chain and inventory excellence will be vital to our success. The Supply Chain and Inventory Management Lead will ensure products move smoothly from supplier to customer—balancing cost, speed, and sustainability. From overseeing global freight logistics to maintaining accurate stock levels, you’ll design and lead the systems that keep Eco Guardian agile, efficient, and ready to scale.
Keyresponsibilities
- Oversee all logistics and freight operations, including import/export shipments, contract negotiations, and on-time deliveries.
- Lead cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and forecast needs using sales data and market trends.
- Partner with procurement, operations, and vendor teams to align supply needs with inventory targets.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as turnover, fill rates, and backorders, implementing solutions that boost efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage onboarding of new SKUs while keeping 3PL and warehouse partners aligned with Eco Guardian standards.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, and inventory management.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, ocean freight, and international logistics.
- Proven ability to manage complex inventories across multiple SKUs.
- Skilled negotiator with experience in vendor management and 3PL coordination.
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP preferred).
- A proactive, organised problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
