UK-based main contractor seeking an experienced freelance groundworks estimator to support tenders with quantity take-offs only.
Scope includes earthworks, drainage and foundations. The role is strictly measurement-focused – no pricing, QS duties, site involvement or commercial management.
You'll be provided with full surveys and drawings, clear deadlines and a single technical point of contact.
Requirements- Strong groundworks / civils background
- Proven take‑off experience (earthworks, drainage, foundations)
- Earth Works software essential
- Able to work independently to fixed deadlines
