Tender & Contract Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tender & Contract Executive based in Newport Pagnell for one of our clients on a Full Time Permanent basis.

Summary of the Tender & Contract Executive role

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Newport Pagnell
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday Friday 8.30am 5pm, hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home

Responsibilities of the Tender & Contract Executive

• Research and identify suitable tender opportunities
• Review tender documentation, specifications and requirements
• Complete and submit accurate tender responses
• Work with the Commercial Team to prepare competitive and commercially viable pricing
• Source bespoke or non-standard products

Requirements for a successful Tender & Contract Executive

• Experience in preparing and managing tenders for public sector/local authority contracts
• Excellent written skills with attention to detail
• Strong commercial awareness
• Able to manage multiple deadlines
