Join our Corporate Relations team as a Sales Administrator, where you’ll be at the heart of our sales operations—supporting VIP events, coordinating key processes, and helping drive team success. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A natural multitasker with great attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in administration, sales support, or hospitality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Delphi knowledge is a plus)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused
  • Leadership potential and a passion for development
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Support Sales Managers with daily admin, reporting, and diary management
  • Organise VIP site visits and familiarisation events from start to finish
  • Manage rate renewals and ensure accurate documentation
  • Lead team meetings, handle feedback, and resolve complaints constructively
  • Track performance metrics and compile evaluation reports
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across the department
  • Maintain high standards, compliance, and team morale
