Mixer Driver

We are looking for Class 2 drivers to join our team for an exciting new role! Average start times are  a working a 9.5 11-hour day depending on volume. Monday to Friday on Days paying from £13.42 Guaranteed 9 hours per day and overtime rate of £20.18 after 45 hours. What can be expected with this role. As a Class 2 Mixer Driver(previous mixer experience is essential).

you will play a crucial role in our clients operations by ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of concrete to various construction sites around Llanwern(Newport) and the surrounding areas. You will operate their well-maintained trucks and be responsible for delivering to our clients valued customers while adhering to all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Class 2 Mixer & have experience. 6am to 7am starts. Must be able to start 0600. Average start times are  a working a 9.5 11 hour day. Monday to Friday Time 1/2 overtime after 9.5 hours

Qualifications:

Valid Class 2 (Category

C) driver's license. CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) qualification. Digi Tachograph card. Previous experience as a mixer Driver Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of materials. This role is dashcam monitored for health and safety during work hours so you must be prepared for this.
