• Handle end-to-end movement of groupage freight across Europe.
• Manage the day-to-day operations for our clients.
• Maintain communication with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
• Book and track shipments, helping to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Being involved in the completion of all necessary documentation.
• Supporting continuous improvement of service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Some experience with using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• A good communicator both verbally and via email, along with good customer service skills.
• A keen eye for ensuring accuracy in data with both information and figures.
