The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of construction projects or sections of projects. You will play a key role in managing health and safety, quality, environmental, and commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee technical compliance and ensure works meet contract specifications and drawings
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
Lead and develop junior staff, including appraisals and ongoing support
Identify and resolve issues proactively to support smooth project delivery
Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards in health, safety, and quality
Undertake any other duties relevant to the role
Requirements

Degree or equivalent in a construction-related subject
Main contractor experience with strong technical knowledge
Proven experience as a Site Manager for main contractor
CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work and Safety Level 1 qualification, SC Clearance
Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
Strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
