Covering the late shift (Apply online only), Mon-Friday), the Shift Leader will undertake a variety of tasks within the production environment, including but not limited to:
* Running day to day across shop floor
* Organising workload for the shift
* Completing risk assessments
* Completing start and end of shift safety check-list
* Knowledge of ERP systems, AS9100
* Vacuum bagging parts ready for cure in autoclave.
* Making repairs to any composite moulds
* Laminating Composite material parts (usually carbon fibre)
* Operating and ensuring the safety and maintenance of an autoclave for curing of composite materials.
Candidates with experience of composite laminating within aerospace, motor sport, etc. are preferred, but we will also consider relevant candidates with other manufacturing backgrounds
