Senior Quantity Surveyor

Established nearly 20 years ago, this rapidly growing contractor is recognised as a leading fit-out provider. Based in Newry, they now work with leading brands in bringing their ideas to life. Due to continued success, they now require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Your new role
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of a range of fit-out projects across the retail, hospitality, office, education and healthcare sectors. Working closely with the Operational Team, you will minimise risk and ensure clients' expectations are met while protecting profitability. Due to the location of projects, you must be flexible to travel across the UK and Ireland.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline, and have a minimum of 10 years' experience with either a building or fit out contractor. Excellent communication skills are essential.
