O'Hanlon & Farrell, a long-established electrical contractor in Northern Ireland with over 40 years of experience, is looking for an Electrical Estimator – Secondary Level for a permanent, full‑time position based in Newry. The role will involve developing your skills in electrical estimating, progressing through the tendering process, and eventually moving into senior estimating, QS or management roles within the company.

• Accurately prepare, compile and submit tenders using our estimating templates/software within clients' required deadlines.
• Report directly to the Senior Electrical Estimator.
• Assist the estimating team in handing over secured projects to the contracts team, including BOQ & budgets.

• At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Apprentice with sufficient on‑site experience to complete the apprenticeship, OR
• At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Electrical Estimator within the construction environment.
• A good level of secondary education demonstrating high levels of literacy and numeracy.
• Technical knowledge of electrical installations ranging from domestic to large commercial/industrial.
• Deadline‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills.
