The Successful candidate will work alongside the Finance Director with a team of Support Staff. Lead the finance function in a fast-growing c £45m company with clients from across the island of Ireland. You will be an experienced qualified accountant with at least 5 years experience working in a business environment.

• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Cost Management and Profitability

• High level use of Excel required
• Data input and processing on Sage
• Use of our bespoke software packages
• Liaising with Contracts Managers on queries when required
• Use of Sage Line 50 for financial accounts
• Liaise with clients / suppliers when required
• Any other ad hoc duties required

• Third level qualification in Accounting, Finance or relevant discipline
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified with 5+ years PQE

• Have knowledge of Sage Accounts
• Be capable of working on own initiative
• Ability to work methodically and with attention to detail
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Have a good timekeeping and attendance record
• Have the ability to work with a wide range of people
• Be a good team player
• Demonstrate ability to follow written and verbal directions

Ensure all Risk Assessments & safe systems of work are read, understood, signed and followed. Observe & follow all manual handling practices. In addition, the role may require the successful candidate to undertake work specific training on the job or externally.
