Zen Day Spa are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Spa Therapists to join our team.

• Assist the Manager and therapist team in daily tasks.
• Hygiene and Sanitisation tasks, health and safety tasks.
• Perform Spa Packages, Holistic treatments.
• Perform a range of body massages and wellness treatments.
• Perform a range of skin and facial treatments.
• Perform a range of beauty treatments.
• Conduct skin analysis (face and body).
• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival.
• Provide consultations product recommendations & after care advice.
• Sales & marketing assistance.
• Assist in stocktaking, reports.

• Excellent customer service skills with a customer focused attitude.
• Proven track record of exceeding retail sales targets and delivering outstanding customer services in beauty industry.
• Ability to demonstrate your own initiative and have a compassionate, intuitive and have a compassionate, intuitive, caring and sensitive understanding of clients needs.
• Great communication & interpersonal skills.
• Must be trustworthy, reliable and empathic to others.
• Strong work ethic with a ‘can do attitude’.
• Enjoys working with an enthusiastic, positive team.
• Must have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous Spa, Skinor Beauty or similar experience.
• Experience in retail and sales experience.
• Experience in advanced skin treatments.
