We’re looking for a proactive, energetic IT Assistant to join our Newry office.

• Assisting with PC/laptop setup, project work, and daily IT checks.
• Providing 1st line IT support to staff and escalating issues when needed.
• Supporting IP phone systems, in-house software, and company databases.
• Assisting with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Word Press updates.
• Managing user accounts and joiner/leaver procedures.
• Maintaining spare equipment and carrying out routine monitoring tasks.

• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive, goal‑driven attitude and confidence in your abilities.
• Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Excel, CRMs, Windows 10, Microsoft Office.
• Full clean driving licence (occasional travel may be required).

• 12+ months IT support experience and/or formal IT qualifications.
